To make your own incense; you'll need to "cut" your fragrance oil with dpg to alleviate smoking. As with all crafts-this is mostly personal preference and you'll want to work with some small batches for testing with each fragrance you use. You might start with 1/2 fragrance, 1/2 dpg....see if you have excessive smoking. If you do, then try 2 parts dpg to 1 part fragrance. Soak incense at least 3 hours in this mixture, but 24 hours is even better.
Once soaked; with rubber bands holding the handle ends of your bundle together, stand your bundle up on the incense end and let the excess oils drain out into paper towels. Let dry for 48 hours. You can use a fan or set in the sun to speed this up. Do NOT microwave or put in an oven.

Made in China. The manufacturer guarantees all the incense that we sell are made of 100% natural wood powder. The powder used for our 11" sticks is milled from natural rosewood, and brings it's natural red color, some of which will run off after dipping. Natural Rosewood is a kind of precious wood material and
carries with it a little natural oil, so it has a unique natural smell. As per Chinese tradition, rosewood is also a kind of Chinese Madicine, that can ease one's nerves when lit. Made of Bamboo Sticks, Rosewood Powder, and a binder of Rattan powder and Tree Coat powder.
