We are very excited to offer this new line of Flutter Dyes™ candle dye!  Flutter Dyes™ are made here in the U.S. from the highest quality ingredients and meet all the requirements of California Proposition 65.  They are phthlalate-free and petroleum/paraffin-free.  Flutter Dyes™ have been tested in all waxes, they do not leave color residue at the bottom of your pour pot or in your candle and will not clog your wick! They resist UV damage but we still recommend a UV inhibitor for long-term storage.  The Flutter formulas are proprietary (trade secret). The dye carriers are 100% natural wax but the minute colorant ingredients are synthetic (when we find a completely natural candle dye we'll sure let you know!).  AND a portion of Flutter Dyes™ profits go to help conserve endangered butterfly habitat by supporting a Wisconsin group called The Sand County Foundation.  They received a U.S Fish and Wildlife award for Karner Blue Butterfly habitat restoration last year.

We will add new colors as they are perfected.
One Flutter Dye™ per pound of wax will give you a medium shade
Half a Flutter Dye™ will make your color lighter and
2 Flutter Dyes™ will make your candle darker.
Flutter Dyes can be combined for an endless array of colors!  Use as little as 1/2 Flutter to as much as 14-30 (depending on color) Flutters/lb of wax (test, test, test!)
